We can cut out the existing asphalt around the hole remove the debris and add new hot mix asphalt to make a nice clean patch when finished. If you are trying to save on money we also offer skim patching which involves filling the hole with hot mix and compacting it.  If we are rubber crack filling the asphalt, we can seal the new patch’s joints simultaneously!

Rubber crack filling is one of the best ways to preserve your asphalt parking lot or driveway! The rubber will adhere to the asphalt and hold everything together. This stops water, dirt, oil, and gas from getting beneath the asphalt surface. Once water, soil, and gas get into the crack it will ultimately cause a pothole. The rubber will also help hold the asphalt together as it starts spreading like alligator skin. This will help to prevent further cracking or worse separation between the base and top layers which will lead to a pothole.

Seal Coating is another fantastic way to preserve your asphalt driveway or parking lot. Sealer is not just painting your asphalt black. The sealer prevents water intrusion beneath the surface and protects the asphalt topcoat from oils and gasoline. The edges and cracks will be cleaned before our two coats of sealer are applied. We use an aggregate-based sealer which allows the sealer to adhere better and extend its life.
