About Us

Cody is the Owner/Operator of Superior Land Care LLC as well as a Husband to Britni Bergman and the Father of Aaliyah, Isaiah, Emerson, Grant, and Ella.  Cody has 13 years in the Landscape industry which started at age 9 doing clean-ups to laying sod at age 14 to running a division of a company at age 30.  He gained a lot of knowledge and experience at his previous job where he started as a Lawn Technician and quickly moved up to  Lawn Care Manager then finished as Assistant Operations Manager.  Cody has many years of experience with Heavy Equipment, Lawn Care, and Landscaping, and employee and customer relationship skills.  Cody and Britni Bergman take pride in the work they perform every day and always make sure the job is done correctly.  

Tim is married to Denise Bergman and the father to Cody, James, Jesse, and Ricky Bergman as well as the Operations Manager/Fertilizing Manager/Fertilizing Technician.  On top of those titles, he also has a  long list of other titles and responsibilities with the company.  Tim is our go-to for everything he has been in this industry almost his entire life.  Tim has owned his own successful company in the past and was also an operations manager/fertilizing technician for the past 10 years.  When you have time on your property you can be sure that the job is done right with a caring attitude.

Jesse is our Lawn Maintenace Manager with over 8 years of experience in Commercial and Residential Lawn Care.  Jesse is married to Allyson they have a combined 6 children Carli, Faith, Carson, Zayne, Jameson, and Isabella.  Jesse takes pride in the quality of the cut he puts on every lawn and strives to make sure his lines are perfect.  Jesse left his last job as the Lawn Care Foreman for a local company and has been mowing in Kent county for the past 8 years.  Jesse is also very knowledgeable in pruning and has a lot of experience with a variety of plants and bushes.  If you see Jesse taking a picture of your lawn after cutting it it's because he makes sure every lawn he cuts is picture perfect!

Mark does not hold one position in the company instead he does it all and is Superior Land Care LLC's Ace in the hole!  If he is not cutting grass, building walls, or plowing snow he is wrenching on equipment or fixing wiring issues.  He is also our skid steer operator in the winter for plowing Sparta's Commercial Properties.  Mark has been in the industry for 6 years and is growing and learning very quickly!  Mark has a beautiful family with his Wife Shawna they have 5 children Aubree, Mark Jr., Janelle, Jemma, and Eli.  If Mark is not out working hard on a customer's project or repairing something in the fleet he enjoys family time, car audio systems, and fishing.  You can count on quality craftsmanship when Mark is on your job site!
